Swedes are strong, stylish and sexy; you can’t walk all over them. Unless the Swede in question is an Alma Rug. It’s handmade using traditional weaving techniques, but unusually, woven in soft plastic foil, making it especially bright and hard-wearing: perfect for high traffic areas. The graphic Scandinavian pattern nods to modern minimalism, and it’s reversible, so it's really two rugs for the price of one. Machine washable and suitable for indoors or outdoors, it’s smart, resilient and durable, but frankly, it had us at machine washable.
