1You may return any eligible product you have ordered from Fab within 14 days from receipt of delivery of merchandise. Eligible products for return will be indicated on the product page.
2The Fab Customer Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will issue a return authorization number and a UPS packing label for you to use. We will provide special return instructions for furniture and other items shipped via a delivery service.
3Exceptions: We can accept returns on clothing only if the item has not been worn and the brand labels are in the same condition as when the item was received. We can accept returns on health products, food, and intimate items such as lingerie only if the item is in the original unused condition and in its original undamaged packing.
4Refunds or Fab Credits will be processed after the goods have been received. We aim to process all returns within one (1) week. Should you have any questions about the status of your return or how to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team at 00800 764 535 46 or Email Us.
