Since the ‘70s, Issey Miyake has been synonymous with elegant, artistic design in both boutique and catwalk fashion; it’s these traits that carry over into the label’s range of high concept wristwatches. The To Automatic watch was created by multi award-winning designer Tokujin Yoshioka, and is a variation of his strikingly minimal To watch. This model has a wind-up mechanism, eliminating the need for batteries, and will operate for around 50 hours on a single wind. Meanwhile, the intricate movements of the cogs inside are all visible through the back panel.
This watch has a Seiko movement with accuracy +25 to -15 sec per day. It features a 23-jewel mechanism inside that supports both automatic winding and manual winding. Water resistant to 10 ATM (will withstand most immersion and exposure to water, but should not be worn for deep diving).
